The ProVenCon Group real estate AG is part of the Provencon Group Finance & Investment Holding AG, a boutique private equity firm based in Lucerne, founded in 2012 by Christoph Ulrich.
The group invests in selected projects and develops them with a clear focus on substance, structure and long-term perspective.

The group deliberately limits itself to a focused number of participations. This creates the basis for continuous involvement and consistent development across all phases.
Capital is not widely diversified, but deployed in a targeted manner. Decisions are made directly and carried through accordingly.
Team
The Provencon Group is led by Christoph Ulrich, Founder and Chairman.
His entrepreneurial track record and personal involvement in key investments shape the direction of the group. The company was founded in 2012 following the successful sale of his first business.
